2. Custom Embroidery

Customized embroidery designs are created according to customer requirements. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Pricing

Prices vary depending on the embroidery design, fabric type, order quantity, and customization. Final pricing will be confirmed before production begins.

4. Delivery

We strive to complete and deliver all orders within the agreed timeline. Delivery times may vary depending on order size, design complexity, and unforeseen circumstances.

5. Quality Assurance

Every order is carefully inspected before delivery to ensure high-quality embroidery and finishing. Minor variations may occur due to the embroidery process and fabric characteristics.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate design requirements, measurements, and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.

7. Returns & Refunds

As all embroidery work is customized, completed orders are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by our team.

8. Intellectual Property

Customer-provided logos, artwork, and designs remain the property of their respective owners. Jayasree Computer Embroidery Works does not claim ownership of customer designs.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the embroidery service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
