At Jayasree Computer Embroidery Works, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we specialize in customized computer embroidery, please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
1. Customized Orders
Most of our embroidery services are personalized according to the customer’s design, fabric, size, and specifications. Therefore, customized orders are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun.
2. Eligible Returns
A return or replacement may be considered only if:
- The product received is damaged due to our workmanship.
- The embroidery design delivered is significantly different from the approved design.
- An incorrect item has been delivered by our team.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. Refunds
If a refund is approved after inspection, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before embroidery production begins. Once the embroidery process has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or an error made by our team. Customized products cannot be exchanged for design or preference changes.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized embroidery work
- Personalized logos or names
- Bulk orders completed as per customer specifications
- Orders with incorrect information provided by the customer
